I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by my dinner at this local Mexican spot. Having traveled to Mexico many times, I can be a bit of a snob when it comes to authentic flavors, but they really delivered! I ordered the tamales, which were soft and flavorful, reminding me of the ones I had in Oaxaca. The salsa they served with the chips was genuinely one of the best I've tasted—spicy, tangy, and so fresh! My partner enjoyed the shrimp tacos, and he couldn't get over how succulent they were. The only thing I would suggest to improve their service is the table turnover; we had to wait a while for a table to open up, but the hostess was very polite and assured us it would be worth it. Once seated, we felt well taken care of, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. The ambiance was lively, and we really enjoyed the colorful decor. We ended our meal with churros for dessert, which were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside—a perfect way to end the night! I can’t wait to bring my family here next time; they’ll love it!
